Is this real mining?
Your browser does real proof-of-work: SHA-256 over a job built from Hyperliquid's latest block. HYPE has no proof-of-work chain, so the reward is the coin's HYPE fees, split by the work each holder submits.
Do I need anything besides a browser?
A Solana wallet that holds the coin. No download, no extension, no pool account.
Who gets paid?
Holders. The holders' share goes to every holder by bag; the miners' share goes to holders who hashed during that block. Hashing without a bag earns nothing.
Where does the HYPE go?
To the wallet that holds the coin, as $HYPE on Solana. You can point it at your Hyperliquid address in Payouts.
Will it heat my laptop?
Eco uses one CPU thread or a short GPU duty cycle. Mining stops the moment you close the tab or press Stop.
What does a launch cost?
0.035 SOL in one plain transfer to your coin's own wallet, which then creates the coin on pump.fun paired with $HYPE.
